The word “Domain Name” is in fact your internet web site address or a URL. Moreover it is the name through which your prospective clients actually identify your organization or services that you provide. In short the Domain Name is your identity on the net.

The first step in getting a Web site is finding and registering an available Domain Name.

Your domain name should be easy to remember, yet smart enough to encompass the activities your company is doing. Ideally the name should contain your company name or even a part of it so that the surfers can easily trace your web site.

A Domain Name can contain the numbers 0-9, the letters a-z and the hyphen character ("-"). However Domain Names cannot begin or end with a hyphen.
